Frederick the Paramedic is a children鈥檚 book dedicated to preventing unnecessary emergency department visits by providing awareness about common childhood emergencies. We take a unique approach to our story telling by getting your reader involved in the book through partnering with Frederick the paramedic. Your junior paramedic will learn first-hand about the equipment used, what signs/symptoms to look for, different treatments, and what they can do to help.
In this response, Emma is having an allergic reaction after accidentally eating a peanut butter cookie at a birthday party! Frederick the paramedic is ready to respond, but he needs a partner 鈥 will your junior paramedic step up to help Frederick and Emma?
