RICHLANDS, Va. — A Virginia first responder died in a motor vehicle crash shortly after completing a paramedic training session.
Richlands Firefighter/EMT Jacob Scott Kincaid was involved in a single-vehicle crash while driving home following a mandatory paramedic class clinical. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Kincaid was pronounced deceased, according to the .
