In 1974, President Gerald Ford authorized EMS Week to celebrate EMS practitioners and the important work they do in our nation鈥檚 communities. May 19-25, 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of EMS Week. This year鈥檚 theme, 鈥淗onoring Our Past.
